Serving some of the best restaurants around, we offer each of our customers the split that will work best for their application. Whether you are smoking that perfect brisket, searing the perfect steak or baking the perfect pie we offer a variety of consistent splits to fit your needs. Our standard split length is 20” in both Oak and Hickory with varying sizes based on customer need. Oak Firewood
Our Oak Firewood splits are popular among most all of our customers but especially the wood fired pizza restaurants that we serve. Oak is the most economical wood for cooking and provides a consistent burn temp ideal for cooking.
Hickory Firewood
Our Hickory Firewood splits are unparalleled in the BBQ world. Its dense characteristics allow for a hotter and longer burn for those restaurants that are cooking for extended periods of time. Hickory also provides for a unique and distinguished smoke taste.
All of our products are sourced locally from within South Carolina.
Wedges Firewood Bundles are comprised of .75 Cu. Feet of our locally sourced SC Certified hardwoods that have been meticulously split, heat treated, and Kiln Dried. Our bundles average a 6-8% moisture content which means our wood lights and burns like the customer expects. Kiln Dried wood provides for a cleaner and hotter burning campfire.
